Hot summer days are coming quickly, and the holiday season is slowly starting. Cool waters, parties, fun… But there’s one thing we shouldn’t miss about the summer season; we’re all looking for ways to cool off and relax. Although it is the most popular season of the year, sometimes the heat can make you tired. When it gets hot, I think the most used solution is to drink something cool. I think one of the drinks that comes to mind when summer is mentioned is berry hibiscus refresher. Those who love the taste of berry hibiscus, I have great news for you!

Today I came up with a recipe that you can make when you are overwhelmed by the heat, while the sunny summer days are starting to show themselves! I think there is no one who does not like berry hibiscus refresher. One of the indispensable drinks of summer with its refreshing taste and eye-catching color! You know what? You can easily prepare your favorite drink at home. Just follow the easy steps below.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of hibiscus tea

4 glasses of water

2 tablespoons of sugar or honey

Frozen strawberries or blackberries

Ice

Let’s Start If You’re Ready!

Step 1:

Add hibiscus tea to the boiling water and brew for 4–5 minutes.

Step 2:

Add sugar and set aside to cool.

Note!

If you want it to be sugar free, you can use honey on this step. But don’t forget to wait it to cool before you add the honey.

Step 3:

Strain your tea and transfer it to a jar.

Note!

It can be any glass container with a lid.

Step 4:

Close the lid of the jar after throwing the frozen strawberries or blackberries into it. (Or you can add both.)

Step 5:

Shake the jar until the drink is foamy.

Step 6:

Add ice and enjoy the refreshment. Bon appetite!
