When I was a beginner in the gym, I did not know which workout to do first. Then, I started giving every workout a try. I found treadmill workouts very interesting, and I mostly prefer doing treadmill workouts.

In this story, I am going to share my experience of how the treadmill workout healed my physical and mental health.

The treadmill workout was the one that I mostly preferred doing due to my athletic career.

The following are the benefits of Treadmill work that I have experienced-

# Improves cardiovascular health

One of the benefits that I got while doing a treadmill workout was an improvement in my cardiovascular health. I had experienced its impact on my heart. It improves blood circulation, and it improves the functions of the cardiovascular system.

#Improvement in stamina and endurance

There was a lot of improvement in my stamina and endurance. When I ran after several weeks of treadmill workouts, there was a lot of improvement in my stamina levels and endurance levels. Now, I find myself tired after training for a long time.

#Improves bone and joint health
