Is Money Freedom?
Money is freedom; it’s a pretty common phrase, but is it so? What is money in general? And what does freedom mean in our understanding, and how do we perceive it?
In finance & investment, and the like, money is almost always the fundamental material, as well as the goal and, of course, the incentive. But it is important to note that they are not a means to an end. I would suggest looking wider! The means (instrument) to achieve the goal is ourselves, our psychology. This reflects that, for example, at the same place and with the same financial capabilities, different people get different results.
Over time, the final results become more and more different. That’s what I mean by the fact that we are the instrument, not money; money certainly makes the weather; without them, too, nowhere. Under comparable conditions for each person, the difference is reflected by the people themselves, their thoughts, their attitude to the process, money, risk, and everything.
