I’m not new to writing. I’ve only been on Medium for a little while, but I’ve been in fiction for a number of years and I’ve spent some time as a ghostwriter. I see some commonalities across all of these formats. One thing that is universal is a desire to compare ourselves with others in our field. I’m here to give you one very important piece of advice.
