Ever seen a boxing match? MMA fight, anyone? Connor vs. Khabib? These guys do insane amounts of training. 3 minutes for a boxing round or 5 minutes for MMA seem short to watch. They feel very long when you fight. Yet you don’t have to know how to punch someone to do this move. It’s basic and great for your fitness.

Boxing duck is one of the first moves they taught me in martial arts. You learn it before you can throw a punch that matters. Defence is very important when people can punch you in the head. Boxing duck is a great core exercise to do on your feet. You learn it faster when a glove touches your head every time you fail. Take your time, here.

You may think that boxing duck (aka bobbing) is such a basic move. Yet there’s a legend who is one of the best in this move. Even people who are not into boxing heard of him. Ladies and gentlemen, Mike Tyson!
