Human often judge others by their worth. This could lead to people becoming conscious about their surroundings, second-guessing everything, and forgetting the importance of one’s self-worth. It’s rather upsetting when the world around you is surrounded by people trying to find flaws and holes while focusing only on rotten parts.

Others didn’t ask or need our opinions.

We often overlook that others might be aware of their shortcoming and already working on them. We forget we all have experienced pain and isolation at some point in our lives, losing our confidence and forgetting ourselves. We all had thoughts like:

‘What do they think of me?’

‘Does he care or love me?’

‘Do they treat everyone the same as me?’

‘Do they even enjoy my company, or are they being polite?’

‘Am I being too much?’

It’s easy to keep getting carried away with these notions, looking in the mirror and only seeing flaws rather than a complete picture of who we are. Becoming so self-conscious that instead of enjoying others’ company, you keep rationalizing and painting mirages for their acceptance.

Our words and actions often have impacts on others’ self-worth and confidence.

We all have lost our shine and confidence because of others’ harmless jokes, unsanctioned concerns, and talk for betterment. Likewise, our ambiguous comments, judgment, or criticism hurt others and make them feel isolated. We forgot we have a choice between building or crumbling someone. We can lead others to the pit of ill thoughts and anxiety or help them out of that.

It’s a struggle going back and forth between who you are and what is deemed worthy by society. When we center our worth on others’ opinions, we juggle what we are and how we want to be seen. We all need a little reminder of love to remember that only we can say how much love, attention, and care we need. Instead of focusing on other’s opinions and views, we should try to see the world with our own eyes and decide what seems beautiful.

Kindly like and follow for more.
