Start with what you do remember, and as you realize you need something else, simply add it to your list. These are the steps you need to take to learn new things or build upon what you already know to reach your goal. In our cake example, this would involve adding layers of ingredients to make it delicious. Lastly, put your plan into action and enjoy the fruits of your labour, whether that’s a scrumptious cake or any other achievement you’re aiming for! Get ready to conquer your goals with a well-organized plan in hand.

Step Five: Prepare for Setbacks

A rock-solid plan should cover all the bases. Just as crucial as setting your goal and working towards it is identifying potential obstacles and limitations, whether they’re external or within yourself.
