Nowadays, you can’t ignore social media platform if you are running a business. Almost every marketers, salesman and businesses dive into social media and promote their business. Social media is an enormous tool you can use for promoting your business and boosting your sales. In social media, you can use not only as promoting your brand, business and products but you can also talk directly with the customers. In this article, I will explain how to boost your sales with social media.

1.Make the Social Accounts

Firstly, you will need to create the social media accounts like as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Linkedin, Pinterest and more. Create the account name as your business or brand and fill the information. Make sure that your business information is really true such as business location, fully description of your business, brand or products and contactable information.

2.Promote Your Business and Build Your Audience

Promote your business on social media and you need to invest some money for your business. I recommend you to promote your brand on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin. These three social networks are very strong and you will get the audiences within a short time. When you promote your business, make enough the content that can attract to the customers. Content is a king. If you can’t make good content, hire an expert content marketer.

3.Make Daily Content

We all know that content is a king. Make daily content and grow your social media audiences. When you make the content, make sure that your content is including an image. Using image in content will result more interesting by the people and it prevents from boredom. Some marketers and salesman who are not familiar in social media create only pure text. Pure text content can’t attract the people enough and make the impression down. Your content should be quality and unique. Making promotional video is also great and it will stand out your brand in a short time. Be creative and don’t copy the idea from the others.

Most of newbies level in social media focus on their products and sales. Too much focus on your sales at the social media will make less audience and you can’t influence your audience. Social media marketing is giving knowledge and information to the people by the unique content. That’s very powerful strategy and the people will automatically become your audiences. But at the traditional marketing, you need to focus how to sell your products using anyways. So, if you are diving from traditional marketing to social media marketing, just drop your old selling theory. In social media, content is first and sales is second. Drive your content to the social media and lets grow your community. Then, your sales will automatically boost. :D

If you really boost your sales, you need to know which product is the best for your audiences. No one can claim every products sold out without knowing people’s essential. You need to know what your audiences want. Don’t focus on yourself, focus on your customers.

6. Join The Influencers

You should join a well known person who can influence on the social media. This will make your social community grow rapidly and automatically boost your sales. Make content with the influencer and you will automatically get the influencer’s audiences. Don’t miss out these opportunities.

7. Run The Contest and Pick The Winner

Running contest on social media is a way to boost your brand and sales at the same time. Your contest should be funny and make it easy to involve everyone. Everybody loves free stuff. Before running a contest, make a decision what types of contest you want to run. There are various ways to make a contest on social media such as quiz, photo, videos, others funny projects and so on. Then, you need to decide contest running time. It should be two weeks or three weeks per contest. This is your own decision.

8. Take Survey and Make Lucky Draw

Taking survey also helps for your sales and you will get the valuable information for your next sales. You can easily create a survey from the internet such as Google form, SurveyMonkey, Typeform and more. You should attract with lucky draw and everyone wants to try their lucks. Cheers… :D
