Once you publish articles to your WordPress website, your content should publish to Medium automatically. You need to install Medium plugin for WordPress. Download and install this plugin and activate. Then, go to your user profile and you will see Medium integration token. To get integration token code, go to your medium user profile settings. Now, you will see integration tokens section. Then, give a name for integration token description and click “Get integration token”.

Now, you get the integration token code and you need to put these token code in your WordPress site user profile.

Then, click “Update Profile” button. You will see your Medium account is integrating with WordPress site. When you publish the articles on your WordPress site, your article will also automatically publish to Medium.
