Today I want to talking about “Hierarchy of needs” This is the result of psychologist Abraham Maslow’s in his 1943 paper”A Theory of Human Motivation” of needs is represented as a pyramid and to low to high is include “Trancendence”,”Self-actualization”,”Aesthetic”,”Congnitive”,”Esteem”,”Belonging and love “,”Safety”,”Physiological” In this essay, I want to discuss about “Belonging and love” and give my opinion in the end.

Love and a sense of belonging are essential components of existence. The hierarchy of needs ranks belongingness and love as the most fundamental human needs, following physiological sustenance and security. If not met, this need becomes the primary source of want, driving all decisions, thoughts, and behaviors. As Maslow’s hierarchy,in this level means having close, emotionally charged interactions. But most of people require be accepted by a group is known as belongingness. In a group, one must cooperate, communicate, identify with others, and contribute.

Maslow’s theory is strong emphasis on interpersonal relationships,it is because these can build human made emotional intelligence, self-worth, resilience, and trust by offering empathy, support, encouragement, and validation with another person.

But now the internet is developed,so it is influences for ourselves. In some research, that’s show individuals with estrogen sense of love and belonging are better equipped to handle life’s challenges and reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms. So if these needs are not met, they also avoid social situations, and feel isolated and have some mental health issues like anxiety and despair.

In conclusion, Therefore, fulfilling desires for love and belonging is crucial for advancing in the hierarchy. In my opinion belonging and love emphasize for relationships and connection. And it’s important to recognize that humans needs can be experienced or culture are different, and progression isn’t uniform. But I think this is the important level of our life.
