Common problems and solutions:

1. when you click”confirm”, it doesn’t work. Solution: you need to wait until the NEO block height is updated and then refresh the page.
2. “Cannot read property ‘rootname’ of undefined” is due to the server. We have fixed it. Please try it again.
3. the testing lasts 7 days. Don’t worry. If you failed to register or submit your KYC, just try to do it again.
4. Can’t receive a verification code. Solution: check whether you installed some security software that blocks sms. if your phone is dead or overdue long, you can’t receive the code. Try it again.
5. the .test domain name is in a “first come, first served” fashion. you may find the domain you wanna register is not available. Try another name.
