The contract of the NNS DEX 2.0 has been completed

The contract adds a purchase function and buyers can quote the domain name they want.

With the Dutch auction function, users can set the auction price and their minimum acceptable price. If the domain name is not purchased, the price will gradually decrease until the minimum acceptable price is reached.

The contract already supports CGAS and CNEO payment options.
