Don’t we all live in a world where most people find it awfully tiring to establish one on one conversations with someone new? Introverted people often tend to keep to themselves and give up on socializing.
People new to a city or town also find it tough to establish camaraderie with new people. They find it difficult to come across people with similar interests or hobbies as themselves.
Don’t you wish there was a way that a group of like-minded people could come together and establish a meaningful bond without going through the gates of initial awkwardness ?
Amigos is your one and only solution. Amigos is an app that aims to group individuals who share similar interests within a given locality or area. People find it easier to establish relationships when they are in a group compared to individual interactions.
Features of The Amigos App :
> Has multiple categories of interest/hobbies to choose from (5 as of now).
> Dedicated Chat Rooms for each and every category where interaction with people is possible.
>Older messages and number of active members can also be viewed.
> Active groups can circulate info on upcoming tournaments and events in their respective fields of interest.
Tech Used :
> Dart programming language ( Flutter SDK) used for majority of the development.
> HTTP post Request login (reqres.in)
> Chatzy , which provides private and dedicated chat rooms.
Future Scope :
> Grouping of people with a more refined algorithm which implements Machine Learning concepts.
> Use of the Location of the client for a better experience.
> Building of separate independent chat rooms that is integrated into the app.
