Given the groundbreaking advances in today’s technology, one would expect the vast and indispensable job market to be available to users with the same convenience and efficacy.

Despite how crucial it is to modern society, it’s still notorious for its cumbersome procedures.

Applicants are required to go through the painstaking procedure of sifting through large piles of information to find the job most suited to them. The constant overflow of new applicants at monthly intervals only hinders its efficient operation.

Due to the plethora of information available concerning opportunities, one is often overwhelmed and unaware of the domain and job best suited to their credentials and skill set. This leads to applicants reaching for jobs which are beyond their scope, causing dilution in the quality of the potential workforce available to an interested employer.

To overcome the mentioned issues, we present a simple yet efficient automated Machine Learning based model. The model takes in features extracted from the candidate’s resume as the input and based on the required job description, sets them up with companies looking for their exact skill set and knowledge.

To put simply, our solution drastically minimizes the time one spends contemplating opportunities incompatible with their credentials and instead sets them up with jobs perfectly tailored to their skill set.
