Update: Missing Person Investigation

The Newport News Police Department is seeking help locating a missing person who is considered endangered.

On February 17, 2020, approximately 1 a.m., 77-year-old Marva Keyser was reported missing. She was last seen between 9 and 9:30 p.m. February 16 at 50 Wellesley Drive. Ms. Keyser has a medical condition and is considered endangered.

Ms. Keyser is described as a black female, about 5 feet tall, approximately 150 pounds. She is wheelchair bound and wears glasses. She has brown hair, but she is believed to be wearing a red wig. She was last seen wearing a light black jacket, red shorts, and white sneakers.

Anyone with information about Ms. Keyser’s whereabouts or who sees her is asked to call Newport News Emergency Communications at 757–247–2500 or 911.
