Newport News Police Department needs the public’s assistance locating a missing, endangered adult. Jamal Estwick was last seen in the 600 block of Hancock Drive last night. He is considered endangered due to a medical condition.
Mr. Estwick is a 31-year-old black male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and 270 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with Adidas written all over it and a black beanie. He has dirty blonde twists, a beard and a small mustache.
