We’ve Partnered with Bianchini’s Market

Today, we partnered with Bianchini’s Market and are now the exclusive delivery service for the market’s Portola Valley and San Carlos locations! We are delivering on behalf of Bianchini’s throughout the Peninsula and also expanded our delivery area to encompass Portola Valley.

In addition to Bianchini’s Market, we also deliver from Whole Foods Market, Costco and Safeway throughout the Bay Area. Plus, in San Francisco only, we deliver from Rainbow Coop and in the East Bay, from Berkeley Bowl. Customers can combine items from multiple stores into one order and have them all delivered in as little as one hour. Kevin Bianchini, Owner of Bianchini’s Market, said the company considered building its own delivery service at customers’ request, but decided to partner with Instacart after seeing how popular the service already was throughout the Bay Area. “Building our own in-house service was certainly possible, but not easy, and might have been a distraction from our core competency, which is providing our customers with best selection of natural and organic foods,” said Bianchini. “Instacart already has a proven delivery model that’s extremely well regarded in our area, and they share our values of Community, Quality and Service. So partnering with them made sense on many levels.”
