When altering an existing Flow which is initiated by a PowerApp actions, there is a somehow clever build in feature for generating an input scheme.
Case
- Create a flow which is initiated by an action in PowerApps.
- Create “action 1" with a dynamic “Ask in PowerApps” parameter
- Create “action 2” and refer to the parameter from Step 1
- Wait a few months
- Alter the flow by removing “action 1”
- Run flow again, it fails
