Power Pairs: Beyond the Desk
By: Next at Chase Editorial Team
Partnerships and collaboration are key drivers for success at Chase, and our leaders in Technology, Product, Design, and Data & Analytics work together every day, building strong relationships, connections and having a little fun along the way.
We sat down with them for a new series, Power Pairs: Beyond the Desk, to showcase their partnerships and how they interact, foster innovation and make our team culture shine!
First up, Rohan Amin, Chief Product Officer, and Gill Haus, Chief Information Officer, share the one word that they feel describes each other best, plus much more that describes how they work so well together.
For Katherine Hainsey, Head of AI/ML Solutions and Marketing, Digital and Operations Data & Analytics, and Miki Van Cleave, Chief Design Officer, leadership is more than recognizing brilliance within their teams. It’s about appreciating the strengths in each other, and their colleagues, as leaders.
Next, Bodhi Choudhuri, Head of Technology for Consumer Banking, Business Banking and Core Banking, and Roman Eisenberg, Head of Technology for Card & Developer Practices and Release Engineering, chat about what office lingo they each use and more.
For Suresh Madhavan and Gustav Witthӧft, collaboration is built on mutual respect, shared values and a relentless pursuit of excellence, and has resulted in a fun work environment and a rewarding relationship.
Stay tuned for our next round of Power Pairs: Beyond the Desk!
