I always was inspired by John F. Kennedy’s famous quote:

We choose to go to the Moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard” — John F. Kennedy

I have applied this quote to my personal life and every challenging thing I have done.

Every time I see the benefit of something that seems hard to achieve, I remember this quote, and that gives me enough drive to try it and get my hands dirty.

Don’t get me wrong, I still apply the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) principle, even in my everyday life. 😅

But why am I even talking about all of this, you might ask?

I am teaching programming to students who wanted to start a career in this industry. While preparing the curriculum for the course, I had some debates with a few instructors who wanted to simplify everything and only teach the simple things (some of which everybody could learn for free online…
