Porsche Digital Croatia: From 0 to 100 in just two years
Porsche Digital Croatia was founded in September 2020 as a joint venture with the Croatian tech company Infinum. At the time, Porsche Digital set itself the goal to employ 100 professionals within the first three years. Fast forward to today — we’ve already achieved that goal and moved into a new office in Zagreb.
The opening of an innovation center in Zagreb proved to be a step in the right direction for our plan to establish a strong presence in one of Europe’s most vibrant innovation regions. In just over two years, Porsche Digital Croatia has become a name to reckon with in the Croatian tech scene. The team went from a handful of people in 2020 to a hundred-person company and is now one of our largest global locations.
Shaping the digital future of Porsche — one product at a time
Using the power of design, coding, data and the latest technologies, our team at Porsche Digital Croatia is currently developing a range of digital solutions for Porsche AG. These include the MyPorsche mobile app for Porsche owners, as well as products like payment solutions that enhance the online customer experience.
In addition, we have supported the successful development and global launch of the new eCommerce platform. This platform represents the backend for the Porsche Shop, where more than 1,000 Porsche products are sold in 29 markets around the world.
A new and improved office to support our growing team and a hybrid work concept
Due to our strong growth, we recently moved to a larger office that is four times bigger than the previous one. Adaptable space supports hybrid work and features eye-catching details such as light installations in the form of curved and straight red lines, inspired by the iconic rear lights of Porsche vehicles.
To accommodate our teams’ varying needs, the office has plenty of areas for work and socializing. There are open spaces, closed offices and ‘focus pods’ for getting things done, lounge areas where we can kick back and relax whenever we need a break, and numerous smaller and larger rooms for meetings and calls.
The new and improved office can accommodate up to 140 people, host Porsche Digital colleagues from other countries on project assignments and provide an ideal location for workshops, lectures and events by colleagues and guests.
Among the top three employers in Croatia — two years in a row
Our team in Croatia has even more to celebrate than rapid expansion and a brand-new office. For the second year in a row, Porsche Digital Croatia has received a prestigious award for one of the best employers in the country, this time in the category of medium-sized companies. The awards are presented by the MojPosao portal based on the satisfaction rating of employees who take part in the survey anonymously.

Our team is not slowing down any time soon. We aim to continue growing and are looking for more talented people to join the team. Our colleagues in Zagreb work in product teams, of which there are currently 14. Within the teams, people have the freedom and autonomy to steer the path of the products they work on.
