Now companies can research real time data on their costumers providing the best and personalized service for them. Experiential companies such as Apple and Amazon learned through trial and error and were not just following the normal trends at the time. Companies taking these chances and learning through experience become the backbone of new trends in the world. Data is more important than ever now with companies being able to study their costumers’ experiences and preferences. This lets companies tailor to their costumers letting them have the best possible experience.
