Meet 10 European media tech startups in NYC this June

The next media accelerator team is coming to NYC in June (19th- 20th) for a two day visit bringing with them 10 media tech European startups to the American continent.

On Tuesday 19th we will be hosting an evening of networking and pitches at SAP America at Hudson Yards. Our main purpose is to connect these European startups with media executives and investors in NYC. As a result of this exchange, we expect the teams to acquire knowledge about the US media market and our American guests to get a taste of media innovation happening in Europe.

On the second day of our visit, Wednesday 20th, we will bring together media startups from NYC Media Lab and Matter.vc with the European teams under one roof. Our aim is to offer a platform for the teams to exchange their own learnings and expand their peer network. There will be also two workshops scheduled for the day: “How to please investors in the US” and “As a startup, how to work together with US media outlets”.

Our 10 accompanying teams come not only from our own portfolio at NMA (23°, StreamTime, Slant, Contentflow, Helloguide) but also from some of our European partners in Austria, Belgium and the Nordics. Together we want to bring a European taste to the US.

We are delighted to count for this first edition of Media Match NY with partners such as NYC Media Lab, SAP , VRT, Google News Initiative and Matter vc.
