After all the changes within the NEXT team this week, it is now time for our tokenholders to vote on further decisions within NEXT. This will mean that they will be informed via a secure environment within the NEXT.exchange platform about intended decisions that have been formulated by the management of NEXT.exchange. Tokenholders are given the opportunity to participate in the discussion and vote on decision-making. This in the context of further decentralization, but also to increase transparency. The final implementation will remain with the management of NEXT.exchange.

Because voting rights give powers, it means that everyone in possession of one or more masternodes must verify themselves. This verification consists of passing on all masternode addresses and signing a message separately for each masternode address. With a digital signature, no private keys are handed over or access to the account can be obtained. More information about digital signatures can be found here: https://learnmeabitcoin.com/beginners/digital_signatures

How does verification work:

1] Open the NEXT Desktop app and go to File -> Sign Message. Paste in the upper field your masternode address, in the middle some message (like below).

2] Click on ‘Sign Message’. You will get a digital signature:

3] Send the address of your masternode, the signature and your username on NEXT.exchange to info@next.exchange or telegram @dcnl1980.

4] Wait to get verified. You will receive a personal link to join our official NEXT MasterNode Holders group on Telegram and on a later moment you will be onboarded to our voting portal.

Please note. If a duplicate addresses is detected, the real and fake user will be blocked from NEXT.exchange and disqualified to vote. Each address is linked to an individual and counts as a vote. So keep it private and don’t share information with others.
