In this blog, we discuss the recent developments in the tech field made by us at NEXT.exchange every week. This week we worked on the frontend page to give it a refreshing look. All the information is available regarding the unique features we have (such as the blockchain and the NEXT.coin).

We have also made several adjustments under the hood. For example, we went from Laravel 5 to Laravel 8. We removed old packages and add Page Speed. It will increase the application’s speed and ensure that the code does not conflict with outdated packages. With this in place, we can speed up the developments and apply the newest technologies.

Frontend

The entire page is responsive (mobile friendly):

We now present in a clean overview, all the amazing features which we offering to the market:

Backend

We have also adjusted and implemented a few things on the backend.
A frequently heard problem was that a withdrawal did not work, or as soon as a transfer took place between main of trade, the wallet was locked. The underlying issue was that the fees for the blockchain were not deducted during the transfer, as soon as the transfer failed, the wallet locked as a precaution. That is adjusted now and should work fine.

We advise users who trade many ERC20 tokens to take into account that there is enough Ethereum (at least 0.01 ETH).

What more can you expect from us

We will undoubtedly be developing for another three weeks. That is necessary; we strive for an exchange that works 100% and where everyone can trade coins with satisfaction. Only then can we scale up with new assets and possibilities.

The backend is scheduled for next week, which means that we will continue to tackle and shape the exchange.

Furthermore, the development team is working hard on an ERC20 bridge, where NEXT.coin will be inter-connectable with the Ethereum blockchain. This allows you to keep NEXT in a Trust wallet or trade on the many decentralized exchanges, including Uniswap. The necessary liquidity has already been provided for this purpose.

For next month we are going to integrate staking on NEXT.exchange. The first coin that can be staked will be ‘PayAccept’ (ticker: PAYT).

Finally, we are building a uniswap clone that allows NEXT to swap with BTC / ETH / LTC and many other assets. The first NEXT / ETH swap has already taken place. We will integrate this as NEXT.swap into our backend.

In short, we are on track to launch NEXT.exchange 2.0.
