Doubling down on financial services — Introducing ARIA
KnowCap Interactive has been working with financial advisors in various ways for the last five months. One key piece of our vision is to revolutionize how advisors get help designing, launching, and then growing their firms.
There is a significant gap in the market where no one is taking a comprehensive approach to supporting firm owners in the financial services industry. It is extremely fragmented.
There are communities (i.e., ACP or Garret Planning Network), agencies of all types (PR, website design, marketing, content, hiring), compliance firms, tech solutions…you get the idea.
That’s what we wanted to solve at KnowCap for Advisors. We succeeded, but not in the way we wanted to.
In order to launch a brand of services designed for the next generation of investors, a firm would typically have to engage with 4–8 different freelancers or hire three employees to bring it to fruition. Now, we can do it for less than one full-time advisor.
We wanted to do more than just help firms with design, we wanted to be the catalyst for designing a new kind of firm.
We didn’t just want to help firms with their marketing, we wanted to change the way consumers thought about financial advisors.
And lastly, we didn’t want to just guide firms through becoming more efficient, we want to bring them into a completely different era of technology.
In short, we wanted to change the way financial services organizations are viewed and how they operate.
That’s a big mission. And we don’t believe that being an attachment to another company, as KnowCap for Advisors, would suffice.
Introducing ARIA
First and foremost, we want to be clear that our goal with ARIA is to build the best agency for financial services companies. We want to provide better services than anyone else, and we want to offer more services than anyone else.
It’s really that simple.
If you think about amazing agencies, you have to include Gin Lane (work: Hims/Hers, SmileDirectClub, Harry’s) Red Antler (work: Casper, Allbirds. Brandless), IDEO (work: PillPack, Swell, Ford). These three agencies create timeless projects and boost their clients into a completely different stratosphere.
They design differently, they market differently, they strategize differently.
This is the level of excellence we want to achieve at ARIA. Our vision is that in 3–5 years, you will know exactly which firms have worked with us because they will be a cut above the rest.
That is why we have assembled an all-star team of experts, each of whom has extensive experience working with financial advisors within their specialty (marketing, design, operations, branding, etc…).
