But won’t it be easier if you just used a calculator which is built to do these quickly and accurately? Xenett’s Review was conceptualised to use technology in a similar way for the accountants to relive them from the manual nightmare of going through everything individually and not even getting it completely right.
“Speed Mode” was created when we were roped in to create an interface experience that fully justified the idea of giving users confidence to keep their client books clean and accurate. It comprises of a panel on the left of the screen, where common discrepancies and errors are pre-defined. Users can modify these fields as per their requirements. All the functionalities within speed mode could be operated both by mouse and keyboard, allowing for flexibility and efficiency of use.
The process involves syncing Review with accounting books like Quickbooks and Xero, and scan all the transactions of the chosen client and period. The user can then sit back and look at the entries in amazement, as they automatically sort themselves within the labels of the panel for final review. Furthermore, they can also ask queries to their clients from the same place, reducing back and forth or communication gap to finish the task efficiently.
