The “randomness” in decentralization is now actively researched by many technological experts and increasingly gains more attention following the “Blockchain invasion”. Hence, in this event, the main theme would be “randomness”. Especially, the discussion is focusing on RNG (Random Number Generator), an optimal solution for decentralization, utilizing VDF on a public smart contract. Such RNG can be used by both centralized (non-blockchain) and decentralized (dapp) applications as a fair source of random numbers.
