Nexty Protocol 3.0 is Coming! 📣📣

NewSD, VDF, and Relay-friendly Consensus

Dear Nextizens,

The next update, Nexty Protocol 3.0 will be available in Co Loa hardfork, presumably happens in block #25,600,000.

Nexty users will have to wait until November 13th, 2019 for the hardfork to occur. Many features we have planned earlier this year will finally be ready, including:

• The release of Nexty Decentralized Trustless Stablecoin: NewSD, and an on-chain exchange for Nexty users to convert between NTY and NewSD.
• VDF is enabled to provide unbiasable randomness to Nexty blockchain.
• An upgrade to Nexty existing consensus for future cross-chain Relay and Lightclient implementation.

This hardfork will also fix minor bugs, as well as improve performance and stability of the network.
