Packrip Media Free Agency: August 2021

Hello friends!

As we continue on this journey to create a decentralized, community-driven media entity, it’s inevitable that we’ll have new people who have something to say about NBA Top Shot and the world of NFTs joining our team. Today, the roster grows, with our first two “free agency moves” of August.

Arthouse Garbage is a gentleman named Paul that has won 4 Emmy awards and is currently the show-runner for the Dead Heads Animated Series. He’s going to be hosting a new weekly NFT talk show called “The NFT Rewind” that’ll be available as a video and podcast, and the first episode is going to debut soon! He and I have been Twitter friends for a while now, and I’m excited to start collaborating and creating with him on a regular basis in tons of fun new ways.

Here for the Moments is a podcast I’ve grown to really enjoy over the past few weeks, and I am so excited that they’ll be joining our podcast network. If you’ve never listened before, it’s basically as if a fly on the wall had a microphone and recorded three best friends who are all passionate Top Shot collectors hanging out. You can listen to the debut episode with Dr. Jeremy and the Here for the Moments guys below, and on the NFTeach Podcast, available on all of your favorite audio platforms.

This August, a lot of exciting things will be happening. We’ve got a great lineup of guest writers shaping up, starting next week, and a lot more tricks up our sleeves, so stay tuned for more information and welcome our newest members to the team!
