NFT Heroes Collection Launch: Grab Your Hero and Join the SIDUS Metaverse

NFT marketplace NFT STARS and over 200 modern artists from the international collective called NFT256 have been working on an exciting new NFT product — SIDUS: The City of NFT Heroes. SIDUS is an NFT avatar collection with plans to become a play-to-earn DAO metaverse. The first results of this productive collaboration, namely the first batch of 2,000 NFT Heroes, comes out on 30th August at 20:00 UTC. An NFT Avatar Project Spiced with Blockchain Philosophy

NFT Heroes is a collection of 7,500 unique Heroes: 6,000 Original Heroes, 1,000 Rare and 500 Legendary Heroes. Only the Original Heroes are available to purchase, for 0.055 ETH each. Rare and Legendary Heroes are created with upgrade cards using the Galaxy Modificator, an upgrade mechanism powered by Chainlink’s Verifiable Random Function (VRF). The more rare a Hero is, the more power the holder has within SIDUS society.

According to the back story, the Heroes have come to SIDUS from 12 different blockchain planets and every Hero’s character and appearance is influenced by the planet they come from. Thus, everyone born on Polygopus inherits the strong need for collaboration and cooperation. The Huoris Helvetios inhabitants are deep thinkers and dreamers who have an optimistic outlook of the future. Cardaggar is a self-governed society where everything from financial transactions to declarations of law is conducted at a peer-to-peer level… and so on.

Each NFT Hero also has 11 unique traits — skin, mask, glasses, helmet, object, etc. Users can further equip their Heroes with armor and ammunition at the Galaxy Marketplace, where they can acquire items that salute the top 100 crypto projects. Users can choose to collect the whole ammunition set that references one company or equip themselves with the armor and garments of all the projects they’ve ever used — much like badges of honor telling their crypto story.

The release of the 6,000 Original NFT Heroes is divided into three stages:

👉 The first 2,000 Heroes will hit the market on 30th August at 20:00 UTC.

👉 The second batch of 2,000 will go on sale on 6th September.

👉 The last 2,000 NFT Heroes will be launched on 10th September, completing the sale of NFT Heroes.

By buying an NFT Hero, the user guarantees themselves continuous passive income. SIDUS distributes 50% of the collected royalties from all sales of the collection on the secondary market to its users. The only condition that users must satisfy to receive a share of the royalties is to hold a minimum of $200 in NFTS or MILK2 tokens in their wallet.

What’s Next: An Amazing Transformation from Avatar to Gaming Character

Each NFT from the collection can be used as an avatar on social media and be transformed into a gaming character within the SIDUS DAO metaverse.

NFT Heroes lore leaves a lot of room for imagination and intriguing gaming scenarios. The story of NFT Heroes unfolds in the times of the intergalactic war. Driven by different motives, 6,000 inhabitants from different blockchain planets fled from their homes and found refuge in an abandoned city. They decided to build a new society, free from the conflicts of the past. They chose a new identity for themselves — NFT Heroes — and called the new city SIDUS.

Years passed and it became a struggle for the Heroes to coexist peacefully. Lust for power and a shortage of resources pushed the NFT Heroes to fight with each other in the Battle Arena to rise to the top of the social structure. The developers have dubbed NFT Heroes ‘the crypto analog of Mortal Kombat, Killer Instinct and Jump Force’.

NFT Heroes will become a play-to-earn metaverse using NFTS as its in-game coin. The play-to-earn mechanics imply that players create value for other users and for the developers, in return for which they are rewarded with in-game assets and NFTS tokens.

SIDUS will be a DAO metaverse community. Token holders will have governance rights in key decisions made by the Galaxy Heroes DAO. It will be principally exercised through direct voting and designation of multi-sig signatories to the DAO treasury.

Prior to the launch of the game, the team will release a number of other features that present NFT Hero holders with many earning opportunities.

• SIDUS will enable Galaxy Staking — players will be able to lock their NFT and earn rewards in NFTS tokens. Depending on the NFT Hero’s rarity — Original, Rare or Legendary, players will be rewarded differently. Galaxy Staking is an easy way to fuel the quest through SIDUS. Tokens received from farming can be used in the Galaxy Marketplace to buy next-gen guns and bullet-proof armor.
• SIDUS will also incorporate a wrapped NFT functionality that will allow users to accumulate liquidity inside their Hero.
