Who is Good Minds
Good Minds is an indie, art-focused NFT collection with multiple characters hand-drawn by Stefan Matioc. The Good Minds team consists of five core members: Ben, Stefan, Erik, Ilan, & Enis. They came together to explore and find ways to combine themes like CC0, generative art, digital identity, and internet-native community building. This exploration led to Good Minds, an indie & art-centric NFT collectibles project. With the Good Minds collection, the team used their learnings from the NFT space to create fun art and form a community around it.
Good Minds community has 6000 NFTs: 2970 breads, 1980 vases, and 990 TVs, with 50 kettlebells and splendid 1/1s.
Good Minds is a CC0 or creative commons project, meaning there’s no copyright restriction for all Good Minds assets. Instead, you can build upon or adapt its assets without seeking permission or attributing Good Minds. Who is Wanda?
Wanda is one of the 50 kettlebells in the Good Minds NFT collection. She is Good Minds #5300 and a rare and core character in the Good Minds universe. Wanda radiates fun, joy, and calmness.
Why Wanda
Good Minds editionized Wanda to explore three interesting themes: CC0 licensing, digital identity, and NFT accessibility. Let’s explore these themes in detail.
CC0 Licensing
CC0 (creative commons) is a no-copyright-reserved option that allows creators to give up all copyright and similar rights they hold to their work.
Good Minds is a CC0 project, meaning there’s no copyright restriction for all Good Minds assets. Instead, Good Minds used Wanda to normalize the idea that people can connect around an image (Wanda) and use it as a starting point to create several derivative contents.
Digital identity
With the editionization of Wanda, Good Minds achieved its aim of making different people co-own and forge an identity around an NFT (Wanda).
NFT accessibility
One of the challenges of getting into the NFT space is inaccessibility. Good Minds solved this challenge with Wanda, as it offers some newcomers a free Wanda making their entry into NFTs free and convenient.
How’s our partnership going?
Good Minds bridged Wanda to Polygon and editionized her on our platform into 3000 pieces of five different ERC-1155 editions.
These editions resemble the original Wanda NFT but have different colours: mint green, orange, golden, violet, and sky blue.
Good Minds gave out these different Wanda editions to different sections of their community and the wider NFT community based on their activeness in the Good Minds universe.

Minters are those who minted the Good Minds NFT back in July 2022. There are over 750 minters, and all received a mint green Wanda.
Holders
Holders are anyone who owned a Good Minds NFT at a snapshot time of November 23rd, 2022, 14:20 UTC. There are over 1.2k people in this category, and Good Minds rewarded them with a golden Wanda.
Experimenters
Experimenters are people who have used the apps Good Minds partnered with as of November 23rd, 2022, 14:20 UTC. That means:
- Anyone who played 250 rounds of the Good Minds ranking game on Poprank.
- Anyone who used Hook Protocol to write or purchase a Good Minds call option.
- Anyone who published a post on Hyype for the Good Minds journaling contest.
Sixty-eight people fell under this category and received an orange Wanda.
Partners
Partners are different crypto communities (NFT communities, artists, DeFi protocols, etc.) that have partnered with Good minds. Each partner community received some Wanda editions to give to their community members. The partners that benefited from this drop are:

Conclusion
For Good Minds, the NFT space is incomplete without CC0 and digital identity. Their goal is to create fun art and build a close-knit community around it, and so far, they’ve been successful. But to experience even more success and community activity, they chose to editionize Wanda with us.
