Nick Lim

UX Manager, Product Designer, aspiring Service & CX Designer

Hi, I am a self taught UX Designer who has led design teams in both agency and in-house environments. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves and working with my team to get stuff done on the frontlines. My career has put me in close proximity with product design and product management, and has guided me to want to realise my potential in these fields today. As leader, it is my personal goal to cultivate my team to always start with why and develop habits of effectiveness.

I enjoy uncovering seemingly irrational human behaviour to chew over. I just so happen to apply this expertly in UX design.
