Where to Find All Microsoft Events Near You
If you are looking for Microsoft conferences but don’t know where to find information about them, or if you want to meet others in the tech industry but are not sure if those opportunities exist in your area, don’t worry! Here you will learn how to search for all the Microsoft events around you that meet your specific interests.
Microsoft Events Site
You can always go to the official site of all Microsoft events. Here, you can find events about everything from Microsoft services and SharePoint, to Azure and SQL (and everything in between). The events can be online or in-person meetings, so filter your search to find the best fit for you. What’s even better is that all of the events/webinars are officially sponsored by Microsoft, so you don’t have to worry about the event’s credibility.
Eventbrite
“Eventbrite is a global platform that allows anyone to create, share, find and attend events that fuel their passions and enrich their lives.” Eventbrite is used to plan a wide variety of events, such as concerts, fundraisers, and tech workshops.
Unlike the Microsoft official site, Eventbrite promotes events/webinars from other organizations (not just by Microsoft), so you may need to review them prior to buying access or joining. However, because Eventbrite is able to link with entities outside of Microsoft, there is more variety in its offerings.
Some useful Eventbrite events include Office 365 In-Person 1-Day Training in New York, a field trip to Microsoft, and more. Though you may need to do a bit more research when using Eventbrite, the effort can really be worth it when you find the perfect event for your needs.
