3 New Incredible Features on Nifty Gateway
Today, we are excited to share 3 incredible new features on Nifty Gateway. We think that all 3 will help surface much more market information and create a more liquid and active secondary market.
Statistics Page
We have just launched a stats page. It allows you to see the top 100 Nifties that we have released in all our drops, ranked by the number of secondary market sales. This new view allows you to see how all of the nifties we have launched in the past, stacked up against each other.
If the secondary market volume for a Nifty has exceeded the primary market volume for a Nifty, then a Nifty is marked with a ‘hyped’ badge.
In the future, we will add more filters and sorting options to the stats page. Enjoy browsing around everything that has happened on Nifty Gateway!
Price Graph
A price graph allows you to instantly see how all editions Nifty has been recently trading on the secondary.
A graph can be much more informative than simply seeing raw statistics of a nifty, because it quickly shows a user how much momentum a Nifty has.
For example, Take Another Look by Steven Baltay has an average resale price of $680.36. Certainly an impressive number — but it doesn’t quite capture how much momentum Take Another Look has acquired recently. The two most recent sales were $1,459 and $880, both significantly higher than the current average resale price.
Price Alerts
If you as a buyer have a price you are willing to pay for a Nifty, and you don’t want to place a bid, you know have the option of setting up a price alert.
If you set up a price alert, you will get notified every time a Nifty is listed for sale at or below the price you have specified. It is a great way to keep an eye on the market for an item you are coveting and get informed as soon as it is listed for the price you want.
If you want to be informed about everything that is happening with a specific nifty, you can choose to receive additional alerts when a nifty is traded, when a bid is placed on a nifty, or when a global bid is placed on a nifty type.
