Announcing Nifty Gateway’s Newest Feature: Drawings

To be unveiled tonight at 7 pm ET

Below are the details for the drawing feature:

• Every user must be validated to participate in drawings. You can do so here.
• Entry time will be 15 minutes unless otherwise specified.
• One entry per user unless otherwise specified.
• Entry period will begin as soon as the collection goes live.
• Entry is free and a hold will not be placed on your balance or card. If you are selected as a winner of the NFT, you will be charged the full amount of the listed NFT and it will be deposited into your NG account.
• Winners are selected randomly shortly after the entry point ends.
• The drawing is completely random. Speed is not rewarded.

For example, on an edition of 10, if 100 users enter, 10 will be selected at random to receive the NFT. The 10 users who win must have a validated profile, or they would not have been allowed to enter the drawing in the first place. Edition # is also random. Speed is not rewarded in any way, shape, or form.

Over the last 6 months, if you have participated in a drop on NG, you have certainly realized how difficult in can be to get your hands on limited editions in our drops. As we have continued to release drops with incredibly talented artists, limited edition artworks have become more and more difficult to get your hands on. This is why we have developed our drawings feature — we want each user to have an equal chance at receiving an artwork from our drops.
