Understanding Nilo Gears: A Comprehensive Guide
Uncover the tactical approach to selecting gears for your Nilo. Learn how each gear item contributes to the overall performance and style of your Nilo avatar, making strategic choices a key aspect of the game.
In the Nilo Ecosystem, users can customize their Nilo by adding clothes and accessories using Gear Items. There are 5 gear categories — headwear, accessories, clothes, footwear, equipment. These items not only enhance the appearance of the Nilo avatar but also boost its attribute stats.
As the Nilo levels up by reaching specific milestones, new gear categories become accessible.
Take Note:
At any moment, a Nilo can wear just one item from each unlocked category, with a maximum of five categories available.
Understand Nilo Gears in relation to the level of Nilo avatar
- Level 0: Egg Stage
At the starting point, your Nilo starts as an egg, representing the initial phase of its development.
2. Levels 1–9: Hatchling Stage
As your Nilo progresses through Levels 1 to 9, it enters the Hatchling stage.
During this phase, a new gear category becomes available: the Baby Bib Slot (Bandana).
3. Levels 10–19: Juvenile Stage
Stepping into the Juvenile stage at Levels 10 to 19 brings more exciting unlocks.
During this phase, your Nilo gains the ability to wear Clothes and Headwear.
4. Levels 20–30: Adult Stage
At Levels 20 to 30, your Nilo reaches the Adult stage, marking the peak of its growth.
During this phase, five gear categories for customization are unlocked: Clothes, Headwear, Shoes, Accessories, and Equipment.
Note: Gear can be acquired through Reward Boxes, earned after brushing sessions, and by achieving specific milestones in the game. Users can also buy, sell, and trade items on the Marketplace.
Gear Rarities
Gears have rarity levels (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary), and items with higher rarity possess more powers, resulting in higher reward drop rates for Nilo Avatars wearing them. This adds an extra layer of excitement and strategy to the game as users collect and equip the most powerful gear for their Nilos.
Gear Sets
Introducing a feature known as Gear Sets, comprised of Legendary Gears from a specific collection. Once a user collects all the Legendary Gears from that collection, they can equip the entire set, unlocking additional bonuses. This adds an extra layer of excitement and encouragement for users to gather and complete the Legendary Gear sets for their Nilos.
