Nimiq Desktop Mining Stats Released
Excited to share some usage/mining statistics from Nimiq Desktop from the latest release this week. Looks like the number of downloads and active miners is increasing steadily and the contributions from Nimiq Community members for language translations is paying off.
Also included are the top 20 CPU types by average hashrate over this time period. Each hour if the miner hits a higher hashrate than previous, the new peak hashrate is sent to Google Analytics and averaged in with everyone else.
As more data comes in we will have even more accurate cpu hashrates which is helpful for new miners wanting to build a PC to mine $NIM
