This was the first time I worked with this colleague.
He started talking to me like a child, then didn’t explain things very well and ended up giving me orders.
With all the calmness I could muster, I explained to him that I was uncomfortable with his manner. Then I was dealing with a verbal assault because we were not in the same room.
