“I see my favorite books as works of art. Each letter a brush stroke of beauty and genius.”
Found this anonymous quote somewhere, which almost sums up the feel of NIPIP — an online literary journal or magazine for those interested in books and literature. This will be a creative space — somewhere I or any other writer can share our musings concerning books and art. Sometimes, it can be a book review, critique or even an opinion on a story that has just recently been your companion.
Books, stories and art are things that enrich our mundane, automatic and in so many ways rat-race lives. They slow us down, humble us, guide us, let us catch a breath, let us “feel” life. Far from the madding crowd as Thomas Hardy would say it — this is our world of escape, of respite. We will gradually add on the sections of this publication with respect to the articles that are written. It may be slow, but for sure will be steady.
If you are a writer or just an art or book enthusiast, it would be lovely to have you on board. Your words, no matter how long or short, matter to us. And will surely be seen, reviewed and thought over — most likely will find a space at NIPIP. Please feel free to write in.
Last but not the least, to all of you wondering — NIPIP does not mean anything in particular. It was just a catchy domain lying around waiting for a purpose.
Finally, the purpose has found it!
Looking forward to a journey full of adventures and excitement…
