Reading Habits

This post is short roundup on how I make time to read despite a full time job, kids, responsibilities of running a home, mentoring and community activities.

For the record, I have been aiming for 50 books since and successfully accomplishing it.

Without further ado, here are my 3 not-so-secret ways to sustain reading habits:

Kindle

Whether you read on the device or app, feature wise and convenience wise, nothing beats Kindle. I love their badges and gamified nudges that keep me motivated and stoked to get more and more reading done.

Local Libraries

Here in the United States, there is no dearth of local libraries that are free and extensively equipped . In my home country we do have libraries that operate at extremely marginal costs and act as a community builders. If you haven’t, do give your local library a peek. It has been my experience that being with a tribe of bookworms (as in a library ) will ensure your reading goals get accomplished. And that too, with much enjoyment…
