Goodreads Reading Challenge — 15/50
April Update
How are we into the month of May already? I feel we are hurtling towards the mid year mark for 2024 and the days are simply whizzing by.
But the dawn of a new month brings me to reflect on my reading progress- particularly how I am doing on the 50 books challenge.
Here’s my update:
Reading Challenge Update
Thanks to my habit of tracking my Reading and Goodreads’ Super Fun view of the same, keeping score is easy. Here’s how I fared -
On Goodreads one can add books we are currently reading and update progress as we go — in both pages completed or in percent. Latter option is perfect for ebooks and audiobooks.
This month I completed three books- bringing my total up to 15. At an expected rate of 16.67 books by the end of this month, I am about a book short of my target.
The Goodreads Factor
I forgot to add the library book I am leafing through this month- so the screen capture is what I see on my home page. A nice reminder to read more and continue my good habits.
Isn’t it also lovely that we can view recommendations or simply add a status update?
