It’s a beautiful Saturday early evening here in the Pacific Northwest.

Most folks are planning their evenings and getting ready for weekend blast.

I, am batching kitchen tasks so the work week is a little more organized while contemplating the central theme of this post.

What will I talk about when folks jauntily ask on Monday mornings-

How was your Weekend?

I usually have a crisp story.

Why?

Not just because I am a millennial. Being of the Facebook generation helps though.

Because it makes us memorable.

Because it reminds me that time flees unless planned for.

That happy moments need to be crafted as does the reinforcement of the image of a competent calm confident leader.

The ‘have-it-all’ folks usually are the ‘plan-it-all-with-backup’ folks who are simply experienced at juggling with dexterity that comes with boatloads of practice and failures and pivots.

My usual spiel is one personal and one productive item. It’s quick and jolly and being genuine allows for volleying back to the other person. (Over time I know how not to be a jerk or braggart)
