The first week of May is already here and I am still reeling from the realization of being in mid 2024!

But we live and learn , don’t. We? Naturally then, I thought I’d share wisdom on learning and change to spur action and inspiration.

And who better than famed psychologist Carol Dweck with her extensive work on motivation and mindset.

Without further ado, here we go-

What do you think? Agree or disagree?

I consider learning mindset and open minds to be very much the traits of successful people. It’s a bit of statistics too! People with growth mindset are forever learning, applying, trying new things.

More action, more hedged bets, more rewards.

And with the experience and network gained, future probability of identifying viable opportunities is greater, risk is mitigated better and benefits reaped become larger and even compound over time.
