Tomorrow marks the first day of September. With 30 days in the month, it’s the perfect time to start a 30 day challenge.

Coinciding with the start of school, this is a fabulous time to start of writing goals, get into the daily habit and commence other aspirations you might have.

I’m no different.

My 30 day writing challenge also starts tomorrow. I’m planning to add short posts on how I use technology to improve my productivity.

Prior Takeaways

I have run a few 30 day. Challenges before and here are some key takeaways and lessons

  • Starting the daily practice a few days prior helps ease into the habit.
  • A defined theme or list of topics makes writing easier.
  • Outcomes need to declared beforehand for accountability
  • Aiming for Shortform version and Pomodoro techniques helps. Although I do usually exceed a 150 word count. These methods are more for me to get into the groove.
