It’s another bright Sunday and that means it is time to set up for success for the week ahead.

What that means is sharing our 3 pointers for the week. Without further ado, let’s dive in:

Idea

A fabulous idea I came across this week is courtesy the women’s group I am part of. I get access to Kahilla, a networking and improvement site. Part of their affirmations and wise words was this excellent quote- that can also be added as a wall paper.

I cannot agree more with the wisdom and need to reiterate this line to ourselves. It manifests in so many ways:

• Saying no
• Being disciplined about our time
• Keeping distractions- digital and frivolous at bay
• Being clear and aware of our strengths and where we add value
