I recently came across a brilliant formula for Serendipity by Michael Salort.

It’s bold, it’s practical and it is something that everyone should follow.

Without much ado, let’s dive in.

What is Serendipity?

Happy chance, good fortune, there are many ways to describe serendipity.

The dictionary definition, of course, is:

“the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way.”

We all want events to develop in our favor, and make us gain something good. But how do we get that happy stroke of luck to occur?

Here’s where this formula comes in:

The exact formula put together by Michael is:

(( a + c -f ) * L ) / v)

Here:

a — availability. Make yourself available.

How much are you willing to make room for this pursuit? How will you make yourself available?

The more you put yourself all in, the better your probability of success.

c — connections. It is not rocket science to understand that a large number of connections can help move your ideas
