  1. Be a NIST student, teacher, or other community member.
  2. Create a Medium account (“Sign up->Continue with Google” is the easiest way).
  3. Write and publish a story (“story” is what they call everything on here — it can be a poem, video, open letter, essay, etc. etc.).
  4. Even the best stories on here look VERY boring without at least one picture! To add a picture, go to a blank line and use the strange “plus sign in a circle” button that comes up. Add a picture that’s copyright-free (try http://search.creativecommons.org/ or https://stocksnap.io/ or https://pixabay.com/ or http://www.lifeofpix.com/ or https://www.pexels.com/ or https://unsplash.com/ ) — if you use a picture from somewhere else, at least add a photo credit or link as a photo caption or at the end of your story.
  5. If you’re not already a writer for this publication, e-mail us a link to your story (editors are currently aguenther@nist.ac.th and jarce@nist.ac.th).
  6. If everything looks OK, we’ll add you as a writer as soon as we can, and request you add your story to this publication.
  7. Enjoy literary fame.
