I’m Nita, nice to meet you!
Before starting a publication on Medium, I googled how to create one and that was when I came across a very detailed article by Gabriel Reynard and one of his post on who he was. I think it’s easier said than done when it comes to writing a post about who we are. We can play many roles during the day, week or year but these are my current and future roles.
Daughter — Recruiter — Future Lady Boss

I’m my Mum’s favourite child which some might often confuse for only child, both are the same in my dictionary. This role started almost 25 years ago and is permanent, in this role I’ve definitely learnt many skills when it comes to compassion, caring and hustle which are still being implemented everyday!
2. Recruiter
This role is typically 9–5 every weekday (sometimes more), I love the opportunity to talk to people and feel even better when I’m able to help them secure their job and see their success ultimately brought to our company.
3. Future Lady Boss
Now this hasn’t exactly happened yet but five year plan is to combine the skills and experiences from my current two roles and bringing them together to build something that I can take ownership for the success. Either my own family, own company or even both.
