Ground
It is easy for you to teeter off of your ground. Stabilize your mind, for it tends to want to go into many directions. Keep your focus on your priorities.
All happens in due time. No matter which way you spin your wheel, all falls into its place. No use in attempting to force the pieces into the puzzle. The pieces conjoin as they will. Your are not on your own clock. You are on the time of the Universe.
Remember that stress lives in unknown places. It lives in all of your cells. Although your mind can dust your stress under the rug, your body is not having it. Remember to loosen your muscles in a stretch. It is okay to hit the pause button and rejuvenate.
Worry is useless. If there is nothing life threatening happening, you are good to go. Worry is the resistance of letting things go. Remember, you have control over very little. Control your actions and reactions. Stay mindful, and aware. Like the old saying, “Don’t sweat the small stuff”.
Just for today, focus on your breath. Shallow breathing halts the flow of the energies around you. Inhale the good, exhale the toxins. Remember that you are the one inviting whatever comes through your door, your windows. Stay mindful.
